Yes, the second for the Pros. They didn't ask for it, but it was because of the Pros objection that the Judge had them come up for a sidebar.

Since the Judge said she doesn't hear "speaking objections," and gave the Pros a sidebar because of his speaking objection...I'd recommend to West that instead of asking for a sidebar, he just give a speaking objection and force the Judge to call a sidebar. It appears that would be the only way this Judge is going to grant West a sidebar.
