Just got it on. And the first thing I hear is Pros making an objection and the Judge interrupting Pros, "Yah, you need to break your question up." I'm growing tired of this Judge being so one-sided.

In a late-night scrubbing spree, dozens of embarrassing and incriminating posts were deleted Tuesday evening from the Twitter account of a Florida woman who has been described as a star government witness in the George Zimmerman murder case, The Smoking Gun has learned.

After 10 PM (Eastern) last night, 43 other tweets were deleted. The postings disappeared about two hours after TSG published a story about Jeantel’s social media musings. A TSG comparison of Jeantel’s sanitized Twitter account with the version from early Tuesday afternoon showed that the number of published tweets plummeted from 202 to 146.

Mr. West just asked for a sidebar and the Judge said no. I understand the Judge may have the prerogative to deny a sidebar, but Defense has to be given some leeway in defending their client.

This Judge thus far has put the legal burden on the DEFENSE to prove innocence, when she should be placing it on the PROS to prove guilt.

If GZ had Nurmi or Wilcott (Arias' lawyers), they would've already asked to withdraw as counsel because the court isn't allowing them proper defense of their client. Arias' Judge allowed a ton of leeway to the defense, and they still asked to be removed several times.

I think she did too. Too bad defense didn't have a PI on her last night.

The second request for a sidebar denied by the Judge. Mr. West growing frustrated, asked Judge if the defense could be allowed some leeway in their cross-examination; Judge claims she's giving them a lot of leeway.

If there's any truth to the theory that the trial is a sham and GZ will be found guilty no matter what....the Judge's demeanor is only helping it; especially thus far this morning. She's already interrupted a Pros objection to state her own opinion (ironically, doing so broke her rule that only one person speak at a time), she's denied two requests for sidebars by Mr. West; and she told Mr. West to move to a new subject when he was focusing on the issue of race.

Regarding the last item -- Judge telling Mr. West to change the subject, (I'm not a legal expert, just IMO) I understand a Judge can uphold an objection by the Pros over questions by the defense, but I've never heard a Judge stop a defense lawyer and request that the line of questioning change.

THIRD request for sidebar denied. Mr. West should request a short recess, he's growing visibly upset with the Judge and Pros objections. He just slammed his pen down on the podium.
