Most outward problems are really inward problems that have been made apparent outwardly. Such as bobbed hair a sign of rebellion against Divine order. Long hair was the sign of authority that signifies Headship. But feminist both in and out of the church reject submission to masculine authority. Thier cut hair is saying NO MAN is going to tell me what to do.

We have had folks visit and were saved that were attracted by the appearance of our godly looking saints. And that testimony is found in many churches. Some don't believe it here but we have the folks so who cares.
A saint(a man) was told by his employer that he and his wife was in a local resturant and some of our young ladies came in. At the table next to them were a group of business men and the comment was made by one of these men "Now there are some Christian young ladies you can tell by their dress."
The saint's employer's wife said we have been here the whole time and they haven't said anything about us being Christians. Well the answer was right in front of them. You may look the part and not be the part but you CANNOT be the part and not look the part.

Good story, Elder. Did the people that made the comment about your young ladies come to your church to visit? I've yet to see anyone come to church because of how someone looked. I've seen several who came to church because of how others acted tho.

If people were enticed to join churches/communities by appearance alone, the Amish community would be growing every day.

Her FIRST love is to God and His divine order just because a man doesn't understand it does not change it. God set the symbol not the husband. His ignorance changes nothing. And that is the FACTS.
