I am obvioiusly not Ferd but as far as I know he is not a licensed minister with the UPC. I believe he is a saint in a UPC church

I don't think so. I have never heard him refer to himself as one and I know what church he is a part of. If he is a preacher it is a lay one within his church.

No, he is a preacher but he is not licensed by the UPCI or any other group. He does love the UPCI and the majority of what the organization stands for...

I believe have heard Ferd say that if he were in the UPCI he would be a man of ethics and abide by the guidelines he agreed to at time of licensing.
