My husband has recently fell in love with the old time radio programs. I ordered him several MP3 Cd's of Gunsmoke (with William Conrad as Matt Dillon, the best voice ever! also the sound effects are incredible!), Frontier Gentleman, Hopalong Cassidy, Sky King, The Shadow, Dragnet, Fort Laramie, The Great Gildersleeve (love that one), Yours Truly Johnny Dollar, Suspense, The Six Shooter, and Our Miss Brooks (love that one too).

We used to lie on the floor in front of the radio on our linoleum (no carpeting back then) and listen to 15 or 30 minute shows. The radio looked something like this:

every Sunday night. I thought Little Joe
Cartwright was sooooooo cute!! Actually
thought Hoss was too! Now, Adam....somethin
about him I didn't like! lol
