When a person mentions "Christianity", it is supposed to mean something-- especially when it becomes something that is used to help paint the picture of who they are to the country.


It does matter to me which Party the leader comes from.

I really wish the GOP would put some one out that is Conservative with a Moderate appeal.

Barbour's hesitation on the aleged KKK founder's "commemorative plate" has just about killed his moderate appeal.


It is as if there aren't any normal Republicans holding public office that is viable for a national campaign.

Being consumed with image is probably the most anti-Christian thing in the article. That said, I'd be interested in the book. But I certainly wouldn't gloat and celebrate anything I see in Palin that didn't meet the Jesus standard... we all fall pretty short.

I can understand the angst though, considering her motto and platform have always had "Christian" underneath them as a primary attraction. But as someone said, this is politics. Welcome...

You are right and I do noeed to be careful.

I am severely flawed and my Chrsitianity wouldn't cut the mustard either at times.
