It seems to me that each subsequent President has been wors than the one before him for quite a few administrations now. I think Reagan was an exception. Clintion was terrible, then it became worse under George W. Bush, and now it's even worse under Obama. I pray the next President is someone who will serve as an exception like Reagan.
