I have to limit my coffee, but I'm meeting my sister in Austin for lunch tomorrow and we are going to have organic coffee at Jason's Deli! I can't wait!!! I have had any in a while!!!

Yes, he tests everything. But now that I'm over wanting to eat sugar, I can eat a small piece and not want any more. I just have raisins on hand for a sweet tooth. It was making me sick, so I can't do the sugar.

Wish I had your control, I am just not ready to give up coffee. I can limit my sugar intake but gotta have my coffee!

Actually, I don't know if it will be. I'll make them next week and see. I'll just keep some parchment paper on hand. If I mess it up, I'll throw the whole thing in the trash. LOL!

That is a good idea, replacing raisins for sweets. I eat carrots sometimes, not the same at all.

I had a cup over dinner the other day. I forgot. The waitress asked if I wanted a complimentary cup. Who can pass that up. My husband says, "Oh, God!" I'm like "Hammy" on the Hedge cartoon.

AND NO ONE like it or eats it.
Find someone that can do buttercream that looks like fondant. That's your best bet.
All these cakes are buttercream and soft when you cut them, BUT they look perfect like fondant!
