Re: American Idol
This was the first time I've watched American Idol this season...it was boring, except that guy Adam. He has a great voice with a lot of range.

Re: American Idol
I really enjoyed Danny Gokey tonight. Best song of the night was Adam Lambert--again. The girl with the red hair is a good singer, but I didn't agree that her performance tonight was all that great.
Lil' Rounds should go home this week.

I missed tonight. How did Anoop do? I hope it's him or Lil Rounds.

Re: American Idol
Adam is in a league of his own. Although I mostly don't care for his songs/style, he IS a performer in every sense of the word!
Allison is second best in my book (for vocals, performance). But again, not really my style.
My favorite is Danny. His eyes tell such a story for me. I love him, but...
Surely Adam is going to win this thing.
p.s. I agree that Lil should go home.

I thought Anoop did well tonight... Randy thought it just "might have been his best."

He has some good moments. Just not enough of them, imo.

I agree. I do think he outsang Lil tonight, tho ... and therefore Lil will prollie go home.
Also, I'm a little worried about Matt. He has had some great moments. They (judges) didn't like him tonight, tho. I thought he did fine, but not his best. (I didn't know the song he sang, so that makes a difference for me.)

Re: American Idol
Adam is the only reason I'm watching this season. Fun to watch.

Matt is good, but he's very uncomfortable when being interviewed, etc. He doesn't seem confident or at ease. I think that plays against him overall. You almost have to be a little cocky to come across as a performer on there.

Re: American Idol
I thought that Lil was really bad...I hate to say that...it sounds so mean, but she really messed that song up!
Matt didn't do very well either...in fact, it was painful for me.
Anoop did very well and Adam is just talented...PERIOD.
Danny was good...the song was boring like Simon said, too predictable...but I can't imagine the courage he had to conjure up to sing that ballad!
It was really an interesting night...did anybody else think the split judging was kind of weird? Not used to that...
