I am on my way to the Hospital this morning for a consult with the good doctor that will put me to sleep for my surgery.
They are concerned about my HBP.
I am a little apprehensive as my job, my surgery, & my recovery are all on the line as to the outcome.
I am back.
Turns out traffic was not bad (hospital is in the suburbs) and even though my BP was a little elevated, they attributed it to white coat syndrome.
So far I do not need any further tests & they have cleared me for surgery.
Funny thing is, the Anesthetist is a sweet little lady who must be close to retirement.
