I do recall Peter telling Christ that he would not deny him...Jesus thought, as does LAG and Dan, otherwise...then we heard the rooster....was Peter lying when he said that...NOT AT ALL...in fact, Peter was adamant that that would not occur...but things changed...it doesn't make him a liar and it doesn't make you a liar nor are they calling you a liar....it is simply an opinion.

PP is right. I say she go there and rattle off in tongues for an hour and roll on the ground. That will show them what we are all about and convert those sinners in an instant. Now where is that sarcasm smiley?

The Spirit has already fallen. Perhaps what she might do is pray for anyone there and encourage them to worship God so THEY can be the ones speaking in tongues. The spirit of the prophets is subject to the prophet.
Paul said he would rather speak in 5 words in a language everyone understood than a 1000 in a tongue they did not so they would receive edifying. She is being invited to sing, not display tongues for everyone to hear. She is not being asked to renounce tongues or the Spirit or Jesus or any such thing

Actually the request was not to end the prayer "in the name of Jesus"....from his example..
