Interesting moves by O'mara. Objected to DQ going outside the scope of direct, but then after Jury leaves and DQ asks his questions; O'mara withdraws the objection.

IMO, the questions are more helpful to the Def establish the problems with crime in the condo area than they do anything else.

It certainly looked that way...then DQ sat down.

I almost wonder if it was a bluff from DQ to get her into admitting something. Why accuse her of Tweeting about the trial if they didn't have proof...unless he was just trying to trip her up.

I noticed that in the proffer, it was mentioned that the youths were arrested, released and then re-arrested. However, when the Jury came back, it was only mentioned that they were arrested, then released.
