That is where I believe the crime was committed in this case.

As far as admitting the files of this juvenile, it shouldn't happen. After all, he is still a juvenile and juveniles are not judged under the same weight as an adult for obvious reasons.

But the fight happens much to close to where GZ is parked then to TM’s house giving that TM ran approximately 3-4 minutes before the fight supposedly happened.

Let me explain. If someone sees someone they’re following or watching run and turn a corner, but the person following or watching only go as far as the corner. And no evidence points to them turning same corner and continue to follow, especially when they have more than enough time to do just that. I’ll conclude that they were following and watching but not truly intent on confronting because I feel a person intent on confronting would have continued down pass the corner. Now after some time the corner becomes the scene of an altercation it’ll seem more plausible that the person came back to the corner and started or initiated the altercation.

It just makes no reasonable sense for TM to still be at the “T” or anywhere near the “T” if he indeed ran from GZ like GZ stated and even RJ stated.

Also why can’t you believe its possible, its sure not out of the realm of possibilities for a 17 year old to do just that, especially if he was bigger or taller than the other person.

When this first broke, and I tried to bring this up on here before, I was shouted down by all on AFF that race had nothing to do with this.

You see, you are doing what the media wants. You don't want to have any logical analysis. The history of the break-ins are young black men. GZ knows this. A young black man in a hoodie, in the dark and in the rain is walking around the complex.

So, who did you want him to profile? A 90-year old grandmother. Is he the TSA now? LOL!

Guess, what - if the young black men don't STOP robbing, raping and murdering, they aren't going to be looking for a purple Barney.

Be a mentor, not part of the problem. We should unite together and take back our public school system. Why do these people keep voting Democrat when they are the UNION, they are the Education System and their track record is FAILING. When are we going to stop them?

For me, this has nothing to do with the 2nd amendment.

I'll say again, a full acquittal in this situation will open the door for "legalized" gun-toting vigilantism-- as long as you kill the subject and as long as there aren't any witnesses to say otherwise, you can do what you want under the guise of "neighborhood watch".

JD misses the point again,should have been handled the way they handled it from the beginning,and if there are riots its on the people who demanded a trial like JD and Sharpton ,total waste of time and money,Sharpton has already started trying to clean up his own mess ,but he is used to that ,when will he ever learn? The Tawana Brawley fiasco should have sent him into hiding forever.Anyone who would support him after that is disgusting !!

Listen to these ridiculous people in on this interview. They want to continue with the profiling claim as though the facts mean nothing. They overlook the history of break-ins at this community complex, and continue pushing racism.

Good grief, look at who is documented as being involved in the break-ins. Are we going to start looking for 80-year old grandmothers or are we going to look for who are consistently involving themselves here in crime?

Marijuana was found in TM's system the night he was shot. It's a crime in itself that this is not a huge part of this trial.
