Angelic Visitation

I received a phone call from a friend tonight asking me to meet he and his wife at our church. So, the wife and I gussied up and moved on over to meet he and his family.

This man lives about two and a half hours from me, and is a minister from another Oneness fellowship. When we got there, we all sat down in the sanctuary of our little building. He told me that he had been in prayer and that the Lord had brought my family and church before him. He asked if he could share a Word from the Lord with me.

He began telling me that the Lord knew right where I was at, and had not forgotten me. He told me that the Lord was going before me, even now, to prepare a great blessing.

He read my mail friends. He was mightily used in the spiritual gifts. He shared things no one else knew but my wife and I. He told me that the Lord wasn't blind, so as not to see. He said, that the Lord wasn't deaf, so as not to hear.

He had brought a basin with him, and went and filled it with warm water. He demanded to wash my feet. I was totally humiliated by this act of servitude.
When he began to wash my feet, his wife laid her hands on my very sick wife's head and began to pray for her.

I'm here to tell you the power of God came into that little church in a way I have seldom ever been privy to. The four of us wept, and sang, and praised God for over an hour.

When we were through, the man and his wife told us that they had been visited by an angel this week, and that the angel had sent them to us.

I'm a firm believer in the supernatural workings of God.God is real and He's still moves in the supernatural.

Outstanding Pastor P!

God is so faithful! He has His own amazing ways of letting us know that we're never alone, that He hasn't forgotten about us and that we are important to Him!

This is one of the things that was shared ( I hope I can relate it well):

A fruit tree does not bear fruit immediately upon planting. It is several years before the tree reaches maturity, and puts forth something that is tasty. Reproduction (spiritual in this case) can take time as well.

In the meantime, the tree just does what a tree is meant to do. It soaks up every bit of sun and rain it can get. It grows in an unforced way. Growth is simply natural. If there is good soil, and the climate is right, fruit will come.

The implication is that we need to just BE. Just allow God to do His thing. Just continue doing what Christians and pastors are supposed to do.

Simple, but reassuring.
