Do you mean that you wouldn't jump to conclusions if I introduced you to a male "Baptist" friend of mine? You wouldn't be able to judge him by his looks; only that I called him "Baptist"!

I would certainly assume that he adhered to that doctrine if he was identified as such but it would not send me into fits of tract slamming and a doctrinal frenzy!

Since we are speaking hypothetically, if he had fulfilled the gospel and still claimed to be a Baptist I am convinced that you would introduce him in that manner and it would not be an issue!
