Exactly. You have to already be working remotely or be immediately able to work remotely. The offer isn't a job offer, it's a resettlement offer.

Tech firms post tons of ads looking for workers, refuse to hire anyone, then say nobody qualified applied, so they can hire foreign workers at reduced cost. Then get republicans to lobby for increased foreign worker visas. The American culture and people are being intentionally outsourced and replaced.

Who is this company? Why would they give people 10,000 dollars just to move to Tulsa? What's in it for them?
