Traditionally, I do NOT take a nap on Sunday, but I did this Sunday!!! I had a great nap - by the way.
Hey, we need a choice for "Sometimes" or "Occasionally"

You don't have a "sometimes". Sometimes I do. I never take a nap for more than 10 or 15 minutes. I sleep very hard. It has to be dark and quiet. I have burgundy lined drapes in our bedroom. I have to have it very, very dark. When I get up I feel like I've had a two hour nap. Love that!
