just playing devils advocate but the body laying in the street looks like it has different shoes...but it was kinda blurry.

"I am incensed," Laura Keys, 50, told The St. Louis Post-Dispatch. "I can't believe this is the tactic they are using, bringing up a robbery to make the victim look like he was the person who created this whole mess."
The attorney representing Brown's family, Benjamin Crump, said Brown's parents are "incensed" by what he calls "the old game of smoke and mirrors." He says the family was blind-sided by Friday's announcement.
Crump says "it's bad enough they assassinated him, and now they're trying to assassinate his character."

Had he not robbed that store, he probably wouldn't have even been in the vicinity of the place where he was killed, though the two events are not really connected.
More than likely, this young man is in hell. That's what gripped me after all the new revelations were released.
Minutes after he robbed the store, by brute force, he is shot and killed, out of fear or whatever the cops will now use to justify the killing of an unarmed teenager with 8 gunshots in broad daylight.
No chance.
It's really, really sad guys.

Putting the dead on trial should not excuse what appears to be an inappropriate use of force by the Ferguson PD-- an issue from the beginning of this tragedy.

I think it is sad if you think MD was just an innocent victim. The Ferg. police may be corrupt as all get out, but there is no doubt that this MD wasn't innocent. If he continued in this lifestyle he probably would have murdered someone himself. How many other people do you think this supposed victim would have victimized. We reap what we sow and that is it. I do hope justice is served in regard to the police department
