Very sad situation. If she had mental issues and it was murder suicide or if her husband or someone else is responsible it is still such a great tragedy.

It is just incomprehensible to me that anybody could take the life of innocent children.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: Tragedy in New Albany, Indiana

We had a crazy situation here a week or two ago.

A woman with grown or nearly grown kids, killed her husband, her kids then herself.

That never happenes. generally it is the man that does that.

if a woman does it, it is almost always with a small child.

The "small child" usually make postpartum depression the suspect. Check out the thread I just started on "Mental Illness vs Demonic Influence"

It was reported that the woman in Texas who drowned all her children was on SSRI medication.
