Sounds like a great idea. You'd need something that would be personal identification which couldn't be stolen, maybe some kind of id on the hand or the head.

There will never be another one world government because the stone cut out of the mountain without hands came down and crushed the final power, Rome. And now Christ's kingdom is spreading through the world overcoming all other kingdoms. Christ's kingdom is now in effect and it will not allow another world power to occur. We've seen the end of the image of Nebuchadnezzar's dream. Adam is over.

There NEVER HAS been a one world government. Rome didn't even know the other half of the world existed. Britain and France in the 18th Century were both more powerful than Rome in her heyday. Germany under Hitler was also. The U.S.S.R. during the last half of the twentieth century, and the United States today were exponentially more powerful than Rome ever was. And NONE of these "Superpowers" has EVER controlled the entire world. Ever.
