Dallas Cowboys Practice
Breaking News - Training @ Cowboy stadium was delayed after a players found an unknown white powdery substance on the ground. Training was suspended while police were called in. After analysis, experts determined that the white substance, unfamiliar to most of the players, was in fact.........the goal line. Practice will resume.........

Even Walt burst out laughing when I read that one. Keith said, "What? Is that serious?" What do you do with a kid who has no sense of humor!!!

Re: Dallas Cowboys Practice
LOL!!! I had to call my son and tell him about this. Thank heavens today the Boys found a way to get to know that white powdery substance.
I can't wait until Oct. 10th when I will be at the new Cowboy's Stadium for the Cowboys - Titans game! My two NFL teams.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: Dallas Cowboys Practice
Keith's friend has a father who flies down with him about 3 or 4 times every season to go the Cowboy's game. I had to share this with him. He pointed out right away that "they seemed to find that white powdery stuff just fine today, Miss Margie!"
I had to laugh at him being so defensive. LOL

Re: Dallas Cowboys Practice
Yes, there was a great sigh of relief all over North Texas today, when the Cowboys finally got in the win column.
