No tight pants...

Any Muslim caught violating the dress code, which also prohibits shorts for men, will be told to put on government-issued full-length skirts or loose pants, said Ramli Mansur, head of West Aceh District.

All of this unisex stuff is very annoying and it offends me. I've always hated it.
Let women be women and men be men. If men want to play a game of basketball, let them! If they want to have their own golf club, let them!
Deut 22:5 is important in so many ways, as it doesn't allow the crossing of those lines. Sometimes with the trends going on, I can see why DB would want to take a tough stand with it.
I've never cared for slacks, jeans, etc. before I got in church, so I just can't be turned on to wanting to wear them. If I'm going to wear them, I like them tight. All the other kinds look like a housewife!
My sisters and I always had a joke going about that. If we showed up at a bar and wanted approval of our clothing we waited for the, "Looks like a housewife." Last time you wore that outfit. LOL!
But, I do understand modesty and so that joke wouldn't fly today. Just wanted to share it, as we always thought it was a hoot. LOL!

Re: No tight pants...
Why isn't anyone concerned about tight pants on men?

Re: No tight pants...
Like wranglers? Or the little emo kids who wear tight girls jeans that are too short?
One looks normal if you're a cowboy, the other looks a bit queer no matter what you do.

Re: No tight pants...
It's okay to wear tight pants...if you're a cowboy. Is that your take, Nitehawk?

Personally, I think men haven't thought through these (women's) rules very well....

Re: No tight pants...
I don't know if I would go that far. I just said it is rather normal for cowboys to wear tight wranglers. I believe the cowgirls liek it that way. LOL.

Re: No tight pants...
I don't like tight pants cause if I wear them I can't breath.They are a wee-bit uncomfortable.
