Obama bows to Saudi King
I heard today that Obama bowed to the Saudi king, which no former President has ever done.
When Bill Clinton gave a nod to the Japanese head huncho the press crucifed him. Don't hear anything about Obama bowing to another sovernity, as though he is above the President of the United States.

Yeah, and his wife Michelle hugged the Queen of England. Big no no, but of course the press loved it.

Actually there is an assistant the Pres uses to teach manners and protocol. Obama gave the PM of the UK some DVD's that are not compatible with UK equipment. This stuff takes a while. The way Obama is dealing with it is by trying to limit the picture taking to his own internal staff. But the other countries use their own.
In terms of manners, unless you are a Castro or chavez, no one wants an embarassing record.

BO will be a one-term President if the Republicans can find a better candidate than McCain was.
Palin need not apply, or BO will be re-elected in a landslide.
I remember when the Republicans sent poor Bob Dole against Bill Clinton ... *sigh* That was a terrible choice. Hopefully they won't make another choice like that again.

I would vote for Palin in a heart beat. I said McCain didn't have a chance of winning before he was the offical candidate.

Then welcome BO back for a second term...
It would be a BO landslide of epic proportions, sad to say.

I don't think so. Many didn't vote for McCain, and there were a lot that voted for him because of Palin.
I think Obama will burn his bridges before his 4 years are up. Don't be surprised if he tries to pass an unlimited term and try for dictatorship.

It's the economy stupid. Clinton's mantra
Today, we have unemployment at 8.5% Obama said it would get as bad as 7.5% but we knew better. He also promised 3 million new jobs. He can't read that his policies are costing 5 million jobs so the net is a loss.
At the rate of deficit explosion, most anyone will be able to defeat Obama.
McCain was a bad choice. Very few people were emotionally fond of him. President Bushat least had a likeability factor and a little charisma.
I also see abortion confronting a tipping point. Obama and all his voters are pro abortion and slowly but surely, women are finding it is a baby and it is killing.
The anti war crowd also haven't come to the reality that we have terror and we have soldiers that have not all come home. (bringing 300,000 soldiers home is that many more unemployed)
