No one down here did anything but buy up the peanut butter and some water.
Everyone does what the media tells them to do. Looking over everything, the media wasn't too hyped on this storm, because of how weak it was. It was getting weaker. They had a last chance attempt to jab a sharp stick in the eye last night. When they informed us that the storm would strengthen last night. Too late to do anything, but still the media didn't command the drones to do any real panicking. Like good old Nipper hearing his Master's Voice. It sends us to comply. If we were told by all major media stations that we were being attacked by aliens in starships, everyone would immediately be thrown into questionless panic. We are the children of the television, of the internet, of the newspaper, of the information controlled by the collective. Emma Bontrager and her worship of standards, is a religious parody created from the mind of one's bad experiences with a religion. Yet, the problem is far much greater, the issues of religion are dwarfed by the power of Propaganda. Which controls all it touches. Any churches still locking their doors to keep badmen from mowing down the parishioners with a GE M134 Minigun? Or how many churches are still streaming their services instead of attending physically? Are they wearing masks during services? Sitting far apart from each other?
Fear is cheaper than bullets, and soldiers' boot heels. Fear will either lead you to an altar, or to inform on your neighbor. The Roman Empire ruled by fear, the Roman Catholics used it to further their causes. Politicians and religions still embrace it to get their work done. Fear is used in relationships and businesses. Jesus said be careful for nothing, and the apostle wrote that mature love casts out all fear.
1 John 4:17-18 insures us that we have not one thing to fear, because we should only be led by God, and not the emotions of men.
