He has some kind of issue where he wont poop. We went to the Dr. yesterday and started some testing with blood work and all. Tomorrow we go to the hospital at noon for a barium enema. This test is to rule out the worst case scenario. There is a small chance Jack has a defect called Hirschsprung's Disease.
Basically babies with this are born with some section of the large intestine lacking nerves. The treatment for this is surgery to remove that portion of the colon. Depending on how much has to be removed, the range of recovery can be anything from absolutely no residual effects to lifelong chronic stomach problems.
Jack has 2 of the major indicators but lacks several other indicators of Hirschsprung's. Please keep us in your prayer. It has been a difficult couple of months for this little guy.

Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 1 John 3:2 KJV
Its been bad. He cried last night for about 2 hours just about as hard as a b baby can cry. it was awefull.
This breaks my heart. I know how helpless it is as a parent to have a little one hurting and you can't do anything about it. Our situations with our kids were just minor though. I can't imagine what you and Mrs. Ferd are going through. I will be praying.
In the meantime I still think you should consider legally changing your name to Job.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

I have given it some thought!
