I believe that the government's implementation of Section 702 of FISA [the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] has sometimes circumvented the spirit of the law, and on at least one occasion the FISA Court has reached this same conclusion.

I like Ron Wyden. He has been great on the issue of drones and this govt spy program. It'll be interesting to see if the FISC opinion will be released, showing Obama's administration and DOJ conducted unconstitutional spying.

Remember, Obama and his cronies have been saying their spy program has been consistent with the laws and constitution. This opinion reveals yet another lie by Obama and his administration.
