My boss started dating a christian lady a few months back. She got him interested in reading the Bible and he started having some good discussions with me on the subject. A couple of weeks ago they broke up and he said that she had scared him off.
Facts that I know are thus:
They were having dinner together and my boss was discussing a very overweight friend of his (I've no idea what the discussion was about) however, his girlfriend stated that he had to be more compassionate about his friend. She apparently lost her temper and was making a scene so he paid the bill and they left. She stormed off down the street in a rage and was yelling in tongues as she stormed off.
Apparently they'd had a few arguments about certain things (she's apparently a smoker and a marijuana user too and he wants her to stop [but this is beside the point]) and this argument was the straw that broke the camels back. I've never heard of someone speaking in tongues in anger. What do you make of this?
I have to say that this woman is not Christian. Nothing of her actions, attitude, or spirit portrays Christ. At best she is a backslider, or she could be much worse as represented by her 'tongues'.

Articles on such subjects as "The New Birth," will be accepted, whether they teach that the new birth takes place before baptism in water and Spirit, or that the new birth consists of baptism of water and Spirit. - THE PENTECOSTAL HERALD Dec. 1945
"It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves
It is a disgraceful reproach to speak in tongues like that in a fit of fleshly anger, let alone the marijuana, etc.
