Looks like closer to 4:57. Frankly, I'm unimpressed. I see two possibilities.
1) It's them just lighting the candles inside that building
2) It's like Pharaoh's magicians and Moses. It may be real, but not from God.

Well, I didn't see anything proving anything miraculous (the video doesn't actually show the fire initiating).
But I did see proof that a genuine old fashioned Crusade is still entirely possible in the 21st century. For whatever that is worth.

So they bring the candles inside the building and bring them back with fire. Totally different than this:
[1Ki 18:38-39 KJV] 38 Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that [was] in the trench. 39 And when all the people saw [it], they fell on their faces: and they said, The LORD, he [is] the God; the LORD, he [is] the God.
Or this
[Act 2:3-4 KJV] 3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
