I am looking for a pickle recipe that my MIL had. You would slice the cucumbers and place them on ice, if I recall correctly and then put some kind of stuff on them and let them sit in a jar for so many days and rinse, and repeat I think.
They would have a slightly sweet taste.
Anyone have a recipe like this one?
