My world is falling apart. Please pray!

Things are bad here. Beyond bad. They are a nightmare.

First of all, my aunt died yesterday. She's been sick for quite a while so it was no surprise, but still it's hard to lose someone you love. Aunt Lydia was only 9 years older than I am, so we really grew up together. My mom practically raised her. So we're dealing with this pain.............

and then Keith, my 14 year old, goes to spend the night at his friend's house tonight. He and 3 other boys were all staying there. This is a house where this is not alot of supervision, so I clearly told him before he left that he was NOT to be outside after dark.

So at 9:00 I get a call from the boy's mother. Apparently the boys decided it would be fun to make a Drano Bomb and put it on the neighbor's porch and make it go off. Keith got elected to actually do the dirty work while the others stood on Logan's porch and laughed and egged him on.

Of course the neighbor was furious. Who can blame her? So the police get called and now Keith is being charged with ARSON!! They hauled him away to Juvenile Jail where we can't even have contact with him until Monday. At that point we will go before the judge to see what the judge has to say.

Oh and by the way, Monday at 9:30 a.m. is also the time for the funeral for my aunt.

Sure could use some prayers here, folks. You can't imagine how much you can feel like a total failure until you watch them drive away with your baby in the back of a police car to take them to jail for the weekend when they are only 14 years old. PRAY THAT THIS MAKES A HUGE IMPRESSION ON KEITH.

and hey, if you happen to have any extra hugs, I could use some of those too. As I sit here weeping.
