I hate to be a big baby, but the past week I feel like I've gone backwards in my recouperating.
Please say a little extra prayer that all is well and the healing pain lessens and that I will be able to move my knee better. I believe that God has been with me through all this and I just need a little extra boost to get over this hump right now.
I had a good prayer meeting last night and I'm beliving that God is there for me!

Renda, I thought about you today. I was in my last class of nursing theory before the final exam on Wednesday and we were talking about joint replacements in the elderly.
Oh, I didn't think of you because we were speaking of the elderly.....LOL!
But I did think of you when we spoke about the CPM machine and what it's for and how NOT to use it!!
But my thoughts and prayers are with you. PO should send you some money so you can go shopping for shoes or something.....

I just had my therapy session and he put me in my place.
He told me I was doing exceptionally well and I'm being too hard on myself to want to be better too soon.
He then told me of two other ladies that had the surgery when I did that one has developed a blood clot and is on complete bed rest and will have to have her knee manipulated (they have to knock you out to do this) and the other lady cannot put any weight on her leg at all.
He said I'm just inpatient and that I need to realize that I'm doing good.
It was a well deserved thrashing he gave me...........
