Is AFF Over?
I've never seen the forum as dead as it has been the past week.

Re: Is AFF Over?
It's obviously time for you to start a controversial thread, then.

Re: Is AFF Over?
LOL!!!!! So you are pronouncing AFF "over"???? I haven't looked at the numbers but I have seen plenty of new threads and posting going on here.
I think forums have natural ebbs and flows depending on weather, outside events, etc. I also think you are a bit premature. Perhaps wishful thinking on your part?

Titus2woman on AFF
"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Where did I "pronounce" anything?
It was a question, and a general observation.
Why ascribe an evil motive?
This place is very slow. Slower than I've ever seen it.

Re: Is AFF Over?
It's been slow because I have been gone for a week.
Those of you who need REAL answers may resume posting. I'm back.

Re: Is AFF Over?
We tend to get really slow every time the weather gets nicer outside. Wait until it's a bazillion degrees outside and everyone is back in the house.

LOL... I hear ya.
I don't have one anymore. The free forum site went the way of the Do Do Bird.
But I'd like to have seen these numbers. LOL...
