If I understand Urshan correctly, until 1918, he was neutral concerning the New Issue. The magazine the article was from was from the Glad Tidings churches. They were Pentecostal, but not Oneness.
So Urshan would preach revivals for Harry Morse in Oakland, and then drive into San Francisco and preach revivals at the Glad Tidings church.
It appears the 1918 revival in Los Angeles was the last revival before Urshan had to choose which "side" he would be on.
Glad Tidings churches, at least on the West Coast ended up in the AOG.
