When we look up the word woman in the Strong's Concordance we find that this use of "women" is Strong's number 1135, The definition of this use of woman is "wife.”
When we look up the word "man" we find that it is Strong's number 435, this use of man means "husband. "Now if we insert the correct use of the word woman and man the passage now reads as follows: "Let the wife learn in silence with all subjection, But I suffer not a wife to teach, nor to usurp authority over the husband, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the wife being deceived in the transgression. "We must be careful to make sure the translation that we read is what is really being said.

Your failing to answer the questions given you. Is it ok for the woman to exercise authority over another woman's husband? It is impossible to be OVER without exercising some authority. You have already posted Phoebe was in authority. If a woman is in the ministry would she be able to state when necessary,
1 Cor 4:21?
You cannot have it both ways, in some of your posts you are saying various women were in authority, and when faced with the contradictions forced upon the idea,
1 Tim. 2:12, you then say it is only her husband. If that is so, obviously the conclusion is, if in authority, she must acquiesce to her husband, but can exercise authority over another woman's husband. I guess a woman was not in mind in any of the following passages...
Act 20:28.. ..Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock,
over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
Heb 13:7.. ..Remember them which have
the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.
Heb 13:17.. ..
Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
1Th 5:12.. ..And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you,
and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you;
1Ti 5:17..
..Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.
