Contact the Washington State Governor's Office

You don't have to be a resident of Washington State to express your displeasure with the governor allowing atheists to display their hideous anti-religious sign at the state capital. (Admins, if I am violating any rules, just delete this thread....Sorry)

Bill O'Reilly allowed these numbers to be given on his afternoon radio program today. You can call and leave a message at these numbers:

360-902-4111
360-902-4136

I called both of these numbers on the way home from work today. I KNOW they go directly to the governor's office.

Please be courteous if you call. Here are links to this news story:

my first question is do they allow religious signs at the state capitol. If they do we have not complaint. We are to be fair so if we allow the religious we have to allow the anti-religious. at least that is my opinion. now if they are allowing only the anti-religious then you have a complaint.

Re: Contact the Washington State Governor's Office

Well I hope the Governor does not take it down.

"Where sin abounds, GRACE does much more abound."

I'd be interested in knowing if that state has any laws restricting the speech of street preachers, door knockers and such.

Some places, in MD do. Solicitation laws and such that unfairly limit freedom of religious expression are really bad, imo and are worth getting bothered about.

Is GOD affected by human hate?

Our Savior was born into a world of hate and murder, in a manger that smelled bad and HE died ALONE on an ugly, bloody CROSS after HE was tortured for not denying HIS IDENTITY!!!

Human hate opens doors for GOD to do His Will.

If I was a Christian living in Washington State, I'd be offended, but I'd also see this as an opportunity to minister and witness to the lost. Not only that, but seeing something like that ought to make Christians all the more bolder for their GOD and Savior.

Leave that garbage up there if it means that a Christian Evangelist can declare the Word of God in government-sanctioned freedom in the parking lot of your local Wal-Mart.
