btw, have you heard of paramahansa yogananda? any thoughts on his teachings? i understand he wrote the yoga of jesus. what is the difference between yoga and buddhism? thanks for any comments.

the difference between yoga and buddhism, I think might be the poses.
I think that Yoga is a moving meditation, whereas buddhism is primarily sitting meditation. But I'm sure there is more to it then that.
