You've been prayed for. Just want you to know
to all of my friends here on AFF:
My favorite place to pray is when I am driving down the road in my car. Today I spent the afternoon Christmas shopping and was driving home after a very successful trip, when I started to pray. As I was praying, God laid many of you on my heart. Some individually, some as a group. I know I won't remember all, but....
Pianoman and CC1, you both started the whole thing out. God reminded me that I had promised to continue to pray for your Moms. So that is exactly what I did.
Bro Scott, God laid you on my heart. I prayed that He would meet your every need and that He would bless you so abundantly that the blessings would pour out of the vessel and spill over on all you come in contact with.
Subby, I prayed for your Grandma and your whole family.
Ho1, Renda, Ron, and many others, God just led me to pray that He would bless you with the warmth of His presence surrounding you and holding you close tonight.
Amazing Grace, I've prayed that God would meet your needs and that these hard times that you've been experiencing would turn into blessing.
Rhoni, I felt led to pray that you would know exactly where it is that God is leading you and that you would follow His direction as He leads.
There are more - so many more!! Believe me, this would be a very long post if I mentioned by name everyone whose name was lifted before God tonight. And even if your name was not lifted individually, I closed by asking God to bless ALL of my friends here. That includes YOU!! Thank the Lord for a good long drive home.
I don't want accolades for praying. PLEASE don't think that. I just wanted to let you all know that you've been lifted up before the Lord tonight. Thanks for being here for me during the times that I've needed you. I would say that I wish I could do more for you. but I've learned that there is no greater gift that you can give to someone you love than to bring them before the throne of God and let HIM bless them.

Thankyou Margie.
I knew someone must be praying because I can feel the strength of it.

Margie,
I want to say thank you again, I know you do not want the thanks etc. but I have to tell you the prayers are so well thought of this morning. There are times when we just dont know what or how to pray for certain things anymore and today has sure been one of those. We have been having some struggles with my son and last night/ this morning have proved to be one of the most trying days so far. Everytime I sit and start to cry I would think of this thread and just had to come back and tell you thank you!
I know God sees what we are going thru right now it just feels so distant and to know there are those out there saying prayers when we dont even realize it just gives strength beyond anything I could vocalize right now. Love and thanks!

Amazing Grace,
isn't it wonderful that God knows what we are going to need even before we experience it! He apparently knew yesterday evening what was going to be going on in your life yesterday night and this morning. He knew that you would need the prayer and HE WANTED TO ANSWER THE PRAYER even before it was said.
Don't we serve an amazing God!!
Bless you, Sister.

Margie,
I just read this and have tears in my eyes! Thank you so much for your prayer!
I love this place! People caring for people that they've never met - just awesome!
And......what more could I want than to feel his warm presence holding me close.........that's when the tears came.
God bless you Margie.
I just thought today of the time that MOW said he was in his church service on the platform and started calling usernames out in prayer - - I loved that!

We need all the prayer support that we can get, this is an evil and devouring world we live in and the cares of daily living can just drain the strength right out you! the scriptures say that the enemy would try to wear out the saints and he is certainly trying to do it! let us continue to bind together to defeat the enemy in Jesus name!
