Yeah, but Ive been seeing a LOT of the"wicked" actions and judging going on here too. Enough in fact, to lend to a little validity to the guys comments.
Someone else commented that at times, places on AFF resemble the "National Enquirer for apostolics", and that is certainly true. People are bashing this reckhart guy for some of the same things that they are doing themselves.

We may not agree with all he says, but some of the same people I have seen scream "Tolerance" sure don't show any when someone pushes Their buttons.

And judging motives and actions are one thing, but it has gone well beyond just that on not only this thread, but many others on AFF.
Reckhart might be a bashing extremist, but there are parts of what he says that have truth.

And just as our Brother Ron pointed out (using what I believe is the Biblical way to judge, using the word of God) Sometimes we get so busy judging others faults, that we forget our own.

So Reckhart has issues. but some are so caught up in a feeding frenzy of his issues, that they completely ignore the 2x4 sticking out of their eyes. They ignore the bit of truth that is in his comments, completely overlook it so they can judge and bash in their own way.

Mat 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Mat 7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Mat 7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Mat 7:4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Mat 7:5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

Luk 6:36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Luk 6:37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

Joh 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment

Seems pretty plain to me, especailly the bold part!

Seems pretty plain to me, especailly the bold part! I believe I''ll take ALL of what Jesus said and not a part of one verse. Righteous Judgement. What is that? I believe righteous judgement is what God uses to judge us. He seaches and tries the reigns of the heart. He judges the intents of the hearts and not so much our actions. He judges the motives behind our actions, whether our actions are good or bad. We cannot look into the heart and judge the intent. We judge after appearance... something Jesus tells us not to do. The brother in question is doing what he feels is right. Do I agree with him? Not what little I have read of his writings. Maybe I am a little "overly cautious" about judging. At least thats how I might be judged. But I would rather err on the side of caution than to ignore the words of Jesus when He very plainly said the above. To each his own, but I'd rather please the Lord.

You mean to tell me that you are going to look at the...... 1, 2, 3, ...TWELVE things that alude to "judge not and not see the ..... one thing that says, "ok, you can judge, but nicely" and come away with aninterpritation that indicates that we should NOT judge???

OHH!! you're not as apostolic as I am!!!

So the word says 12 times, "don't do it". big deal!!!
it says one time we can judge so that makes it all of right!

To a lib or mod he represents what an extreme ultra con to be. To a con or ultra con, he represents what they DON'T want to be associated with.
That, plus he is fun to play with.
