I have learned to listen to the other person talk. I try to understand they must have some reason to be upset.
If at first I can't understand why!
I do understand that I have been upset when someone else could not understand why.
It just makes sense to listen.
If the person is not near by.
I think through the problem and react less....
Never fire off a mad email or voicemail.
It will never work and will only cause you pain and remorse.
