Student Body Count UPC Bible Colleges
Does anybody know what the student body count is at the various UPC Bible Colleges this academic year?
Also does anybody have an update on how Great Lakes University "GLU"the first Oneness Apostolic based Liberal Arts University is doing?

That would have gone over like a lead balloon at JCM.

So true - - not sure I would have attended JCM if there had been no airconditioning!!
Maybe they are training them for the mission fields???????????

Maybe they should have special huts, I mean dorms, for the missions majors with no A/C and hammocks!

Lack of air conditioning did not bother me when I was at Gateway, but the lack of heat did. One side of the dorms had good heat the other didn't. I was on the side that didn't. Don't tell anyone, but I used to put my hair dryer under my blankets to keep the shivers down. I wouldn't recommend that anyone try that but I was desperate to get warm. I came from the Northeast too, where I was used to the cold, cold winters. But that cold weather in Missouri, just seemed to go right through me and I never did get used to it.

GLU is accredited in their region. I'm not sure about their turnout.

I think CLC should be about 130-140 enrolled this year.

The A/C unit, on my top floor, was out for the first 4 or 5 weeks of my 1st year at JCM.... also my first time in the South....
it was an absolute nightmare....

Yep, you were there. LOL. If you take the fan that you'd been using to keep cool (sort of cool) and turned it directly upon the "radiator" (or whatever heat pipe that was exposed in your room) that would warm things up a bit.
To keep cool you had to bunk down in the "tunnels." Of course that was one way to lower the "student body count" as well. The roaches down there were the largest invertebrates ever to walk the earth. They used to open the 5 gallon sized cans of ravioli with their pinchers. It was the hope of every student that the carnivorous cockroaches would finally eat up that supply of canned ravioli. Sadly, the ravioli remains to this day. They use the raviolis themselves as mattress replacements and the sauce to waterproof the chapel roof. Of course this has only baited the VW sized roaches out of the tunnels...
Did BOOMM ever tell you about the time he used the tunnels to sneak into the girl's dorm...? Actually, I've never been to Gateway and I'm entirely dependant upon BOOMM's memories of these events.
