The Indiana District, ALJC...

I received word last night that the Indiana District has elected new officials...

Bro. Mullins was elected District Superintendent, and as Assistant DS, they elected a young man whose father is a pastor as well as a member of this board (he rarely posts, but is a member nonetheless).

Congratulations to Bro. Luke Saint Clair, visionary and leader...quite a remarkable young man.

When one of my brothers phoned Bro. Luke from my home last night, he said, "David, what are these men thinking...I am only 26 years old?!"

But the fact is this...God sees what we do not and ordains our life in order to perform His will.

He will send a buzzard and change it's nature in order to feed a prophet...He will cause a nomad to dig a well in order to speak a word centuries later to a Samaritan woman...He will touch the hearts of Elders to elect a young man to speak life and hope to His people.

I agree, and they tried...from what I understand, he was nominated, but declined due to his age.
