An Appreciation Thread for Hard Working, Loving, Faithful Pastors Wife...

I do so appreciate my Pastor's Wife.. She is an unbelievable woman who is faithful to Prayer, leadership and Family. She is giving and kind. She is a Proverbs 31 Woman who works non-stop. She has all my respect for her committment.

She keeps her home and stands by her husband.

I appreciate her!!

She is a true Christian!!

I can say the same of the wives of my pastors as well! I thank the Lord for them all... past & present!

I've loved and respected and appreciated all my pastors' wives, not only those who pastored me but those who have been leaders in other areas as well.
  • Those who have mentored me and been examples to me.

  • Those who have prayed for me and encouraged me.

  • Those who have been so faithful to their husband's calling and ministry.

  • Those who have led by example.

  • Those who have been wives of not just pastors but of "district officials" as well because there is even more responsibility and weight that comes with those positions than that of pastoring solely.

  • And last but certainly not least ........ those who have been my friends .... both close personal friends and not so close friends. These women I have seen and known up close and personal and I give them honour. They are worthy of it. They are wonderful women who have sacrificed in ways that the people who sit in the congregations they have pastored would have no knowledge of at all.
The great majority -- like 98-99% of pastors (in my estimation) -- are greatly helped by their wives and their ministry is more effective because of the women who work and sacrifice alongside their husbands.

Hats off to pastors' wives!!
