There are plenty of signals that Hillary herself has sent that indicate that she clearly has some sort of disease, probably mental.
Hers repeated falls, her facials ticks, her angry outbursts and many other subtle signals that you can see of her in the videos.
I am not a doctor or anything close, but just careful observation leads me to believe she might have some health issue.

Except he never made such a statement. He posted a couple of questions, with no reference to what prompted those questions (in other words, what inspired his inquiry?). Hence my question as to the point of the post.

Then guess what?!?
Someone posted a little information, telling me that this isn't an isolated rumor, but others have heard about the issue.

When she apparently blatantly lies about Colin Powell and Condi Rice advising her, knowing full well they are respected and will be asked if they advised her on her servers, yet she lies anyway, that shows some sort of a neurological disorder.
