LOL!!! You are absolutely right. For 7 of the Supreme J's in this very polarized court to agree on anything means it must be indisputable.
The 9th Circuit is just downright scary. I beleive they are the ones that ruled the pledge of allegience unconstitutional a few years ago before that got slapped down.
