When Israel Needs U.S., Obama Disses Netanyahu
While Iran is on the brink of developing nukes, when Israel needs a reliable ally in the USA, President Obama joins with Nicolas Sarkozy of France in disrespecting Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In what they believed to be a private conversation but was overheard by translators in their headsets, Sarkozy said "Netanyahu, I can't stand him. He's a liar."
Obama, whose remarks were heard via a French translation, was not heard objecting to Sarkozy's characterization of Netanyahu. According to the French interpreter, Obama responded, "You are sick of him, but I have to work with him every day."
Obama's days are numbered. Say what you want, God's covenant with Abraham is still in effect. God blesses those who bless Israel and curses those who curse Israel. Obama will not be reelected. He has continually undermined the US/Isrsel relationship.

Are you saying the jews are still in a covenant with God without the blood of Christ?

The blessings of God given to Abraham and subsequently to Israel are eternal.

DB,
If Netanyahu was in the least bit a man of his word, then none of this would be happening in the first place because it would not have made sense.
God didn't bless Israel when their leaders were wicked and when their countrymen were rebellious. He punished them.
If you want to apply the Bible to today's Israel, they are all lost and on their way to hell because of their wholesale rejection of The Messiah, Jesus Christ.

Sure. But that doesn't change the fact that God made promises to Abe and the nation of Israel. The Jews pray to our God and worship Him. They are blinded but will one day embrace Him in His fullness and He will be their Messiah.

Re: When Israel Needs U.S., Obama Disses Netanyahu
The war machines continue to build and continue to push Israel into a corner, and it is very dangerous. Israel will likely be pushed to the point of striking with everything it has, I would not want to be in Iran, Syria, Gaza, West Bank or Lebanon, nor Israel for that matter.
They are on the verge of hitting Iran, they will have to do massive damage to prevent Iran from the ability to destroy them in short order. Then when all thier other enemies start shooting the 100,000 rockets at them, there are going to be some cities vaporized.
Will Israel survive? It will take a miracle.

Not all Jews are lost. There are many Jewish Christians in the world. Jesus is coming back, the Bible is clear. He's coming back for one reason and one reason only: to rescue Israel from the hostile nations of the world gathered to war against it. Jesus will appear and according to the prophets they will "look on whom they have pierced" and they will ask "Where did you get these wounds?" Jesus will respond "I was wounded in the house of my friends."
Many Jews will be lost along with many Gentiles, but the Bible tells us a remnant will be true to their faith and it will be to them that Jesus will come and they will accept Him as Messiah. They won't be in the Bride of Christ, thje won't be immortal in the Millienial but Christ will be their King on David's throne and we, the saints, will rule with Him.
Anyone, even a US president that does not bless Israel will find the disfavor of God, plain and simple. Benjamin Netanyahu makes promises but so do the Palestinians and their track record is abysmal compared to the Israelis. The Jews time and again make concessions to very little give on the Arabs side of the things and all they ever get is criticism for not doing enough. The issue of settlements is miniscule compared to the simple fact that the Palestinians refuse to recognize Israel's right to exist.
What should Bebe Netanyahu do? Give the Palestinians everything they want while they do NOTHING year after year to promote peaceful coexistence? Its obvious that the PA and Hamas want to continue to play the martyr, the victim to gain world sympathy all the while scheming to get they really want: the destruction of the State of Israel.
Obama is a fool for undermining our only consistent ally in the Middle East. It shows once again that he is nothing more than a leftist ideologue with his political agenda in alignment with radical liberal academia. He's ignoring the facts and history not to mention Scripture. He'll pay dearly Nov. 2012. He's finished.
