WESLEYAN CHURCH CANCELS SUN SERVICE – Coming to Vincennes UPC!

I received a telephone call from the man in my church who is the founder / director of “Lighthouse Recovery Center”. ( Bro Pete Aldrich)

The “Lighthouse” is a facility where addicts can reside until they have recovered from their addictions. This work has the full support of local law enforcement agencies, as well as the court system. In fact, many times the judge will give the defendant an option…. GO TO JAIL for 90 days… or… check in to THE LIGHTHOUSE!

They now have a separate center for men and women, with an approximant total of 30 – 40 residents.

Bro Pete was a backslidden dope dealer that he Lord allowed us to be instrumental in “restoring” into the Kingdom 8 or 9 years ago.

Through Bro Pete’s efforts, we have seen several baptized in Jesus name and receive the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues.

A young man, whose parents attend a Wesleyan Holiness church, wants to be baptized in Jesus name tonight.

Their church has canceled their service in order to allow the entire church to attend our service, for his baptism.

PLEASE remember us in your prayers, that God will have His way tonight.

That is great ........ my grandfather's funeral was in the UPC church in Vincennes about 20 yrs ago.
