I HATE STORMS!!
I'm shutting down and going to a center room. It looks REALLY bad here. They aren't saying anything about tornadoes at this time, but you never know with these storms how quickly they spin off

Lord Jesus,
I pray Your Protective Hand upon Sis. Tina and her family. In Jesus Name!!
My paternal grandfather was deathly afraid of storms. He had been in
a tornado. His wife, my grandmother always went with him to the cellar
but after his death, she never went again except to store her fruit and
veggies she had canned. But the whole neighorhood knew they were always
welcome in her cellar. They knew they didn't even have to ask. Many years
ago large black clouds were rolling down Red River, a few miles north of their
small town. Roaring and angry looking, the clouds rolled, threatening, while
Grandma's neighbors all ran to her nice concrete cellar. Missing her, one of
her neighbors went around to the front of her house, looking for her, only to
find her standing, leaning on the porch post, watching the clouds. He said to
her, "Mrs. ____, you's better come get in the cellar, those clouds sure look
bad. We are all in your cellar". Still looking toward the north, she replied,
" Mr.____, I'll be all right! The Bible says the LORD has His way in the storm,
and He knows right where I am". That storm did much damage to the city
of Paris, Tx. but Grandma knew whose she was and she knew He was
watching over her. She was a tremendous woman of faith. See, it didn't
just "start" with that storm. She had weathered many storms of various
kinds since she had left the traditional church of her upbringing and obeyed
the Word of God and was filled with the Holy Ghost and has taken on the
Name of Jesus in water baptism. She and her young son,my dad and her
small daughter, all had dreaded smallpox. God brought them through that
and the Great Depression, never allowing them to grow hungry, but blessed
them with an abundance of potatoes that year. They ate potatoes cooked
every way they could imagine! There were many storms but God saw them
through every one of them. That's why I can relate these testimonies!
Sis. Tina, no matter where you are, God sees you and you are His child.
May He keep you safe and bring you through every storm that comes your
way, in Jesus Name!!
Blessings,
