I used to have a book by a good Baptist preacher which was titled,
"Bobbed Hair, Bossy Wives, and Women Preachers."
Being a good Baptist he was agin' all three of 'em

And it was one of the greatest books ever written. You stole my thunder, I was going to reference this great work by John R. Rice!!! If he'd just had the revelation of the Godhead.

I don't remember if I have (or had) that book nor if I've ever read it.
It may be here in my library somewhere.
Eld. Steve Epley, who used to post on here, had a saying that went something like this, "God don't hear the prayers of no bobbed haired woman." If I have misquoted him it is not intentional, maybe someone can correct me.

I thought it was something like: the only prayer of bobbed haired woman that God hears is a prayer of repentance.
OR maybe I'm quoting my first pastor.
