Is this true?

Micro-Chipping Of US Citizens To Be Mandatory?

watch here...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNPDg...layer_embedded

Here is why you should have no doubt that ‘666′ is around the corner. As I have mentioned in my previous posts, one of the agenda of the current swine flu scare is to use it to drive the implantable microchip device as a medical device. The Satanic cabal intends to hood wink the sheeple into accepting an RFID tag implanted into them so as to identify whether someone is vaccinated or not. The snakes are exceedingly subtle and hide the new law in the coming health care legislation. Thanks to Jack Williams for scanning through the 1990 pages of health care bill. Here it is:

Sorry to have to expose you to a portion of that very poorly written, 1990 page health care bill (Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521 National Medical Device Registry), but maybe you can tell me what it means.

“… the Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this Subsection referred to as the Registry) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that – (A) is that has been used in or on a patient; and (B) is a Class III device; or (ii) A Class II device that is Implantable…”

Well, enough of that, a person can take only so much nonsense at one sitting. But, ask yourself a simple question: Are we to be multi-chipped, complete with updates, like a computer program, with our yearly rounds of multi-inoculations?

Those sound more like actual medical devices instead of record keeping devices. a device used on a patient... definetely not an RFID. No idea what a class 3 device is. No idea what a class 2 one is either but apparently it is something that can go inside you. There are many medical devices that do this that have nothing to do with RFID chips. So since they are breaking down the devices into categories and classes it seems they are speaking about much more than RFID tags. And most likely not anything to do with RFID tags at all.

Re: Is this true?

The other thing about RFID is that the chip itself is useless unless scanned. RFID has a very short range. It isn't like it can boradcast any information. It can send an ID number a few feet and that is all it does. However there are RFID readers at almost every store (it helps prevent shoplifting, it's what causes the alarms to go off sometimes). So it is feasible that companies could very quickly start keeping track of how often you went into their store. It would be much harder (maybe impossible) to determine which RFID tag was actually buying what items even if readers were insterted near the checkout lines. But it would be enough to keep track of the places you went if someone could get all the information from every company (the government perhaps?) Needless to say I can't imagine it being difficult to come up with a device that would interfere with the signal your RFID was transmitting to make it impossible for readers to properly identify you. So, I imagine countermeasures to prevent companies tracking you by RFID will follow very quickly, rendering any tracking of people who don't want tracked quite impossible.

Frogger's right. The "poorly written" section of the regulations for National Medical Device Registry clearly requires an inventory of medical devices already in use or that will be made available in the future. The author of the email seems to have "poorly read" the section they quoted.

The devices involved pretty much covers everything from defillibrators, to pacemakers, to those internal insulin delivery systems. Anything that is a "device" and that is intended to by used "on or in" a health care patient.

More from Subtitle C:

"‘‘(A)(i) in the case of devices that are described in paragraph (1) and sold on or after the date of the enactment of this subsection, shall require manufacturers of such devices to submit information to the registry, including, for each such device, the type, model, and serial number or, if required under sub section (f), other unique device identifier; and (ii) in the case of devices that are described in paragraph (1) and sold before such date, may require manufacturers of such devices to submit such information to the registry, if deemed necessary by the Secretary to protect the public health;"

The whole thing deals with creating a national inventory systems so that the FDA can better track all the gizmos for sale. Even if there was a "micro-chip Mark of the Beast" - this has nothing to do with it.

The whole thing about human implantation of an RFID is that it must be implanted in "meaty" tissue like the thigh or bicep part of the arm or shoulder.

The Special Forces soldiers who have these have begun to request the RFID be inserted into the upper body rather than the thigh. It is said that a helicopter can pick up the signal more easily, especially if they're in an entrenched position.

The "Mark of the Beast" is described as a "mark" on the right hand or in the forehead. These are the least suitable locations for any type of implantation. Within weeks it would no longer be "the Mark of the Beast," but would become "the Open Wound Pus Infected Scab of the Beast."

Re: Is this true?

A woman was murdered a few months back and the only way they were able to identify her was from the bar code of her silicon breast implants.

I work for a medical device company (spinal) and each and every device that is implanted in a patient is traceable and those records are kept permanently or until the death of the patient.

This appears to be something like that.
