Welcome, Derech.
Super Slueths, I like that.
Let me make it easier for you.
God, Country, and Family.
God: Derech HaShem = The Way of God
Country: Constitutionalist (Hence the Tea Party Symbol). Scorpion: Synonymous: With the Desert, I live in the Arizona desert. I believe in serving my Country whether or not I feel it is heading for destruction (change comes from within and from without), Thus my military years and my service to the DOJ.
I was Trinitarian once untill I picked up the bible and read it.
I am fiercely Patriotic to God, and Country (as a Constitutionalist), and will not waiver.
I will protect my loved ones at all costs.
A little extreme? I reckon so, but I am comfortable with it.

I'm interested in learning exactly what it was in the Bible that turned you away from Trinitarianism. Care to share?

I wouldn't say turned me away, but more like turned me towards the One True God, I spent my life seeking, the Spirit of God has moved me throughout my life, at first I thought it was just confusion, then I was made aware that it was actually refinement. God ways are mysterious.
I have been in many, many, churchs, denominations, then finally to his doorstep.
A simple life but a long one. I am sure many have had the same experiences. I have been fortunate to have been in many states (about Half of them), and many countries (around 32 of them) over my life. And along the way, my spirituality and experiences has always seemed to increase by his hand.
I believe God shelters some of the faith (never leaving their hometowns), and God tosses some others out into the wild (to see the wiles and differences of the world). For me I believe he chose the latter for me.
I believe he walked me out of her, into the light.
I pray I explained it well enough.
